In this pivotal role, Mr. Moses will leverage his more than 25 years in the Federal Civilian market to identify areas of industry need where DMI can add value and offer world-class solutions to complex problems. 

Mr. Moses started his IT consulting career in 1998 at KPMG Consulting. He has subsequently held the following roles: Senior Director, Telecommunications/Utilities at Oracle; Deputy Director, Homeland Security Application Services at Unisys; Executive Director, Homeland Protection at SAIC, Senior Director, Strategic Business Consulting at Oracle; Client Executive at Hewitt Packard Enterprise; Senior Business Development Executive at CACI International; Senior Associate – Growth Team, Federal Civilian at Booz Allen Hamilton; and, most recently, Executive Director, Business Development, Department of Homeland Security at ManTech International. 

Prior to these positions, Mr. Moses served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force.
