Our cloud migration process begins with discovering the current environment, including architecture, technologies, applications, and workflows. We then assess and plan by evaluating cloud readiness, designing migration plans, and following the Cloud Well Architected Framework. The preparation phase involves deploying cloud landing-zones, environments, and necessary plugins using infrastructure as code. We conduct AI-powered refactoring, workload and data migration tests, and performance validation during the test and validate phase. Finally, we execute the migration with rigorous change management practices.

The DMI approach features AI-powered solutions for application assessment and refactoring, Infrastructure as Code for deployments, and cloud data virtualization and replication for minimal downtime. We use Open Security Controls Assessment Language (OSCAL) format for storing compliance-related code. Our services help mitigate migration challenges, optimize costs, enhance security, and accelerate compliance processes, catering to various migration strategies including rehosting, re-platforming, refactoring, relocating, and re-purchasing/re-writing applications. Cloud FinOps

DMI will create a cloud spend estimate and enforce budgets in the cloud environment. DMI will provide Cost Governance, Reporting, and Optimization services during and post Cloud Migration.

Intelligent Cloud Operations Post Migration

At the end of migration, the environment will be handed over to the Operations team to manage day-to-day operations. A well-planned service transition process will be used to transition support of the migrated environment to the Operations team. We apply data-driven, Artificially Intelligent Operations (AIOps)-powered intelligent automation to enable total observability, proactive operation management, self-healing, and automation in Cloud Operations (CloudOps), FinOps, and Security Operations (SecOps).
