Mark brings more than 30 years of legal expertise in government contracting and business counsel across federal, state, and commercial sectors. Most recently, he served as Assistant General Counsel at a leading global IT services provider. There, Mark spent 16 years advising executives on billions of dollars in government procurement contracts.
Mark’s career spans several high-profile legal roles, including General Counsel for multiple IT and engineering firms specializing in federal contracting. He also served as legal advisor to major defense and technology companies like Raytheon. In addition, Mark played a key role in shaping corporate strategy through mergers and acquisitions, software licensing, data privacy, litigation, and compliance.

Mark holds a Juris Doctorate from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and was a member of the Catholic University Law Review. He also earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Saint Anselm College.
