TYSONS, VA – February 7, 2025 – DMI, a leading provider of digital services and IT solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of Lance Riddle to President & General Manager, Federal.
Since joining DMI nearly two years ago, Lance has been instrumental in driving productivity and performance across DMI’s public sector division. Under his leadership, DMI has delivered strategic and technical guidance to strengthen clients’ IT governance, enhance risk management practices, and improve IT operations.
In his previous role as Senior Vice President, Civilian, Financial & Security, Lance led the overall strategy, growth, and service delivery for defense, health, civil, financial, and security agencies. As President & General Manager, Federal, Lance will oversee a portfolio of over 50 federal agencies and manage DMI’s business relationships, service delivery, and growth to support mission-critical objectives.

With 25 years of experience, Lance has a strong background in federal IT transformation and leadership. Before joining DMI, Lance held senior leadership positions at global consulting and technology firms where he drove business growth and provided strategic leadership to financial, regulatory, and public sector clients. He has also supported key federal agencies such as the Department of Justice, Office of Personnel Management, and the Department of Defense.
