Mark brings more than 30 years of legal and business counsel experience in government procurement and regulated technology services. Before joining DMI, he was Staff Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), advising executives on billions of dollars in government contracts, including prime and subcontract matters, strategic procurements, performance issues, and dispute resolution. He closed more than $500 million in agreements supporting NOAA’s high-performance computing program, advised on acquisitions and divestitures worth over $750 million, and helped build a data privacy program from scratch.
Earlier, Mark served as General Counsel for federal IT and engineering contractors, including TranTech, Enterprise Information Management, and Tri-COR Industries, and as legal counsel to Raytheon through Houston & Associates. In private practice, he advised construction and engineering firms
on claims, bid protests, and government contracting matters. He has deep expertise in
FAR/DFARS compliance, the procurement lifecycle, disputes, corporate transactions,
and litigation management.
Mark earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Catholic University’s Columbus School of
Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Saint Anselm College.
Chief Legal Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Mark Olson is responsible for overseeing DMI’s financial operations, ensuring fiscal discipline, and driving profitability strategies that support the company’s continued growth.
Mark brings more than 20 years of experience leading finance and operations organizations across government technology and global IT services environments, including managing large-scale financial portfolios — including P&L portfolios of up to $1 billion in annual revenue — and executing growth strategies and corporate acquisitions that have consistently delivered strong bottom-line results. Prior to DMI, Mark served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at REI Systems, where he oversaw all financial operations and drove profitability across the organization.
He also held senior leadership roles across multiple global IT providers, including Peraton, where he served as Vice President and General Manager responsible for the Department of Homeland Security & Diplomacy business unit, a $600M annual portfolio, and led growth initiatives resulting in $4B in pipeline conversion to backlog.
Mark holds a B.S. in Business Administration, with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics,
from the State University of New York at Fredonia, where he graduated magna cum laude,
and is a member of the Delta Mu Delta National Business Honor Society. Outside the office,
he enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Lance Riddle is President and GM for the Federal Civilian, Financial & Regulatory, and National Critical Infrastructure portfolio responsible for managing the overall DMI business relationship, delivery, and growth with the portfolio that includes over 50 agencies within the US Public Sector.
Prior to DMI, Riddle has served Capgemini, as a Principal driving business relationships and growth across Financial & Regulatory clients. In addition, Riddle has served as Senior Director for Peraton, leading delivery services executive, account manager, and application service manager for the Federal Financial & Regulatory portfolio, a critical Peraton business line with more than 500 employees.
In addition, Riddle has proven leadership to application development, information security, systems engineering, and program management initiatives. He supported multiple clients in the Public Sector,such as Department of Justice, Office of Personnel Management, Immigration and Naturalization Services, and the Department of Defense.
In 2013, Riddle successfully completed Harvard’s Accelerated Leadership Development program. A
graduate of the EDS Systems Engineering Development School, he holds a proven track record of
success and significant experience in infrastructure management, application integration, strategic
development, including a deep understanding of the FRS and Treasury. Riddle graduated with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Maryland.
As President of Private Sector, Sanjeev Kumar leads the industry teams who are focused on delivering transformational solutions for clients across Retail, Automotive, Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, and Emerging Markets. Overseeing DMI’s global commercial practices, Sanjeev is responsible for driving customer success, business growth and delivery excellence.
With a relentless passion to maximize peoples’ potential and technology investments, Sanjeev specializes in helping businesses realize value from digital transformation by providing a combined focus on strategy and execution.
Before joining DMI, Sanjeev was a Director in the CIO Advisory Practice of KPMG UK. Prior to that
Sanjeev was a Managing Consultant at PA Consulting.
During his time at KPMG and PA consulting, Sanjeev worked at C-level with a number of
large enterprises to help drive their digital agenda.
Sanjeev graduated from Oxford University with honors and a degree in
Engineering Science.
As President of Managed Services at DMI, DJ leads the Managed Services group, overseeing its operations, growth, and strategic market positioning. His leadership is grounded in a customer-first approach, ensuring that every solution is designed to drive value. With extensive expertise in procurement, telecom expense management, and IT operations, DJ has successfully built high-performing, results driven programs that enhance operational efficiencyand business growth.
DJ’s vision is centered on innovation, efficiency, and simplifying managed services in an ever-evolving digital landscape. His expertise in mobile lifecycle management, telecom expense management, IT operations, and vendor strategy, enables him to build programs that empower enterprises to optimize and scale their IT Managed Services. His ability to foster collaboration across teams, streamline processes, and implement forward-thinking strategies has positioned DMI as a trusted partner in the managed services space.
Under DJ’s leadership, DMI has reached industry-leading milestones, earning recognition as a Gartner
Magic Quadrant Leader for Managed Mobility Services for eight consecutive years. DMI has also received
awards, including the AOTMP Mobility Vendor of the Year and two Mobile Breakthrough
Awards for Overall Mobility Management Solution Provider of the Year. These achievements
highlight DMI’s commitment to innovation, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.
As Chief Financial Officer, Peter Carlson is responsible for leading and delivering comprehensive digital transformation services to clients in both the public and private sectors. As a keen corporate strategist, he will enhance the company’s value and brand.
Previously, Peter served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at DMI. In this role, he helped business leaders across the company deliver on their financial goals and played a pivotal role in the investment from OceanSound Partners in 2021. He supported seven different acquisitions and participated in multiple systems transformations, including the transformation of the corporate financial suite.
Prior to joining DMI, Mr. Carlson spent 14 years with DXC (CSC), where he worked in
a variety of finance roles supporting both Federal and Commercial clients, as well as
strategic roles in the corporate office. He received his MBA from the University
of Maryland, and his undergraduate degree in Economics and Computer Science
from Lafayette College.
As Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of DMI, Collin Dretsch manages DMI’s global legal and regulatory compliance teams and serves as a member of DMI’s executive leadership team. Collin runs DMI’s Legal Department, where his responsibilities include legal strategy, corporate governance, M&A, securities, regulatory compliance, litigation, and IP and employment law. Additionally, he oversees DMI’s Government Contracts, Commercial Contracts, Procurement and Security Departments.
Collin has served DMI for nearly 15 years, including as outside counsel from 2008 to 2013. In 2013, Collin joined DMI as its first General Counsel, where he proceeded to build the company’s internal legal capabilities from the ground up. Throughout his years at DMI, Collin has been involved in numerous acquisitions by the company, as well as both minority and controlling investment transactions in the company.
Prior to joining DMI, Collin practiced law in the Washington, D.C. office of Jones Day, where he primarily advised clients on Mergers & Acquisitions and corporate law matters, as well as maintained a pro bono practice helping with the formation and governance of 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. Before attending law school, Collin was an Analyst with a boutique strategy consulting firm, where he gained extensive experience in M&A due diligence and financial/quantitative modelling.
Collin graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University and received
his law degree from the University of Virginia. He is a member of the
bars of North Carolina, New York and the District of Columbia.
As DMI’s Chief People Officer, Marion is responsible for leading human capital and talent management operations including recruiting, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, communications, and health and safety. Working closely with the executive leadership team, Marion sets the people strategy for the organization and aligns the human resource and talent management function to support DMI’s business goals.
Prior to joining DMI, Marion served as Chief People Officer at KeyW, an innovative national security solutions provider to the intelligence, cyber, and counterterrorism communities. At KeyW she set the direction for human resources, talent acquisition and management, and corporate communications, and was recognized for her thought leadership in developing innovative and engaging people programs and execution models. Prior to KeyW, she served as Senior Vice President
of Employee Care and Development at Novetta, an advanced analytics solutions provider.
Marion holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from St. Mary’s College of
Maryland and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (HRCI).
As Chief Technology Officer, Gary Wang is responsible for the strategy and development of DMI’s technology capabilities and delivering innovative digital solutions that drive impactful business and mission outcomes for our clients.
Gary has over 20 years of experience in leading strategy development, creating differentiating solutions and impactful innovations, driving business growth, and consistently outperforming the competition. Prior to DMI, Gary served as the Vice President, Cloud and Application Services at Peraton where he led capability development and solutioning support for their Cloud, Application Development, Information Security, and Enterprise IT Services.
Prior to Peraton, Gary served as the Vice President, Enterprise Solutioning at SAIC where he oversaw the solutioning and pricing support for business capture and proposal development across all SAIC business sectors. Prior to SAIC, he served as the Vice President, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Cyber Security Services at Unisys Federal. He was the winner of the 2020 FCW Fed 100 award for his work supporting multiple government agencies in achieving digital transformation by adopting cloud, DevSecOps, AI/ML, and advanced cybersecurity solutions.
Gary Wang earned his Ph.D. degree from California Institute of Technology.
He was a researcher in his early career and was the co-inventor of a commercialized
anti-HIV medicine, PREZISTA® (darunavir).
As DMI’s Chief Growth Officer, Trey Theimer is responsible for achieving the company’s financial objectives through providing superior customer satisfaction levels and increasing win rates by implementing new business development practices, and by pursuing and winning large, needle-moving opportunities.
Trey has amassed more than 20 years of experience in contracting across the federal civilian, defense, intelligence, and state & local markets, she has led both P&L organizations, and teams performing new business capture and sales, pipeline building and corporate integration, restructuring, and acquisition. Prior to DMI, Trey served as Chief Growth Officer at Serco.
Prior to Serco, Trey served as the Vice President of Growth for Peraton’s Civilian and State & Local (CSL) business group where she oversaw the complete business development lifecycle for CSL. During her time with Peraton/Perspecta/HPE, she also served as the Vice President and General Manager for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Segment, and as the Director/Team Lead of Business Development for the National Security accounts.
As the daughter and granddaughter of veterans, each of whom served
in the United States Army for over 25 years, she is passionate about the market
in which she works. She also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree
from the College of Business and Behavioral Science, from
The Clemson University.
