Seasoned federal growth executive brings three decades of capture, business development, and delivery expertise across civilian and regulatory markets.
TYSONS, VA – July 21, 2025 – DMI, a full-stack IT services and managed solutions provider, today announced the appointment of Lori Shaw as Capture Leader for its federal business. Shaw brings more than 30 years of experience driving growth across federal civilian and DoD agencies through strategic capture and business development leadership.
Shaw’s appointment reflects DMI’s ongoing investment in expanding its footprint across federal markets by delivering innovative, outcomes-driven IT solutions. In her new role, she will lead key capture efforts for high-priority opportunities, shape win strategies, and strengthen DMI’s alignment with federal mission needs.

Shaw most recently served as Account Director at SAIC, leading operations and growth strategies across the Environmental Protection Agency and General Services Administration. Shaw also held growth leadership roles at Unisys Federal Services and Fulcrum IT Services, where she led business development and strategic capture across all federal agencies.
Shaw previously served as Vice President Civilian Services at Apptis (now part of AMENTUM), where she managed portfolios exceeding $250 million in annual revenue and consistently delivered program excellence. Her leadership has contributed to major wins with the EPA, FTC, Department of Education, Department of Transportation, and more.
