MCLEAN, VA – June 25, 2026 – DMI, a leading provider of managed mobility services and end-to-end IT infrastructure services, today announced the appointment of Brian Pickett as Vice President, Managed Mobility Services (MMS).
In this role, Brian will lead the strategy, global delivery, operations, and growth of DMI’s Managed Mobility Services business. He will have full P&L responsibility for MMS and will focus on expanding DMI’s service portfolio, advancing automation and operational excellence, and helping clients optimize complex device, endpoint, and IT environments while reducing cost-to-serve and improving business outcomes.

Brian brings more than 20 years of experience leading large-scale service operations across enterprise, commercial, public sector, and highly regulated environments.
Prior to joining DMI, Brian served as Vice President of Managed Services, Professional Services and Contact Center Operations at Reputation, where he held full P&L responsibility and transformed delivery operations into a standardized global model. He also served as Director of Delivery at Black Box, overseeing large-scale infrastructure solutions spanning network, mobility, and data-center environments.
Earlier in his career, Brian spent nearly a decade in leadership roles of increasing responsibility at Hitachi Vantara, ultimately serving as Senior Director and Head of Managed Services Delivery for the Americas. During his tenure, he led complex hybrid-cloud transformations, expanded global delivery models, and secured significant contract growth through service innovation.

Brian also brings governance and risk-management experience through his external board service as Supervisory Committee Chairman for TruWest Credit Union. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
