Soni has built and led the large delivery organizations behind some of the federal government’s most demanding programs. Before joining DMI, he held leadership roles at Accenture, Guidehouse, and C3 AI, where he helped agencies address complex operational challenges through technology, modernization, and mission-focused service delivery. 

In his new role, Soni will lead DMI’s Federal Services portfolio and drive the company’s growth across the federal mission space, partnering with agencies to take on their most complex mission challenges.
