MCLEAN, VA – August 26, 2026 – DMI, an AI-centric IT services provider, today announced the promotion of Will Williams to Vice President & General Manager, Capital Services.
In this role, Williams will lead DMI’s Capital Services organization, bringing DMI’s Washington, D.C.-based programs under one team to strengthen customer alignment and position the business for continued growth.

Williams brings more than 34 years of executive leadership helping federal, defense, and international organizations manage complex IT service delivery, telecommunications infrastructure, and digital modernization. A former U.S. Air Force officer, he specializes in turnaround management, large-scale program recovery, and enterprise transformation.
He has held executive leadership roles at 9th Way/Insignia, Triple-I, later acquired by Salient CRGT, and ManTech, where he directed major federal programs and geographically dispersed teams supporting critical government missions.

Williams is also the founder of Deployed Soldiers Network, a telecommunications company established in Kosovo in 2003 that still provides broadband connectivity to NATO forces at Camp Bondsteel. He holds a Master of Arts in Computer Resources and Information Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Howard University, and is certified as a Project Management Professional, ITIL practitioner, Certified Scrum Master, and Certified Technology Business Management Executive.
