MCLEAN, VA – July 9, 2026 – DMI, a leading provider of end-to-end IT services, today announced the appointment of Mark Olson as Chief Financial Officer, effective July 1, 2026. Olson will lead DMI’s finance organization, serve on the executive leadership team, and report to Chief Executive Officer Rocky Thurston.

Olson brings more than 20 years of experience leading finance and operations across government technology and global IT services, including P&L portfolios of up to $1 billion in annual revenue and corporate acquisitions that consistently delivered strong results. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at REI Systems, where he oversaw all financial operations and drove profitability across the company. Earlier, at Peraton, he served as Vice President and General Manager of the Department of Homeland Security & Diplomacy business unit — a $600 million portfolio — where he led growth initiatives that converted $4 billion in pipeline to backlog.
