Overall, clearly there is almost nothing you can do on the Ross website/Mobile site. There is no personalization. No information on any items. It looks like the only goal is to get people to be somewhat interested in coming to the stores to see their bargain prices. I understand that the inventory is different at every store, but I would still like to think there would be a better way to engage your customers and intrigue them more on specific products.
