Levi’s didn’t provide a mobile application in English, but their mobile website was very user friendly and well-designed. While it did provide features that were helpful to shoppers, there was little link to the in-store shopping experience. The site provided the ability to search product inventory – in a specific store, in a nearby store, and online – however, you’re only able to view it when you search a specific product. Levi’s also does a nice job with providing quality customer reviews, additional content that is helpful to the shopping experience – like sizing charts, and customer service lines. As for store guidance, personalization and checkout & loyalty – Levi’s didn’t perform as well. Online checkout was possible – through a straightforward ecommerce platform. Being able to track past orders and size preferences through a custom profile would be a helpful tool for Levi’s to incorporate.
