J. Crew does not offer a mobile application, but their mobile website functions well – provides quick access to recommended products, reviews, and fairly accurate information on inventory online. However, there are little to no interactions available while you’re in a brick and mortar store. The mobile website allows users to call or text a store associate at any time to ask questions, and you have the ability to reserve special dressing room sessions – fittings or stylings for work clothes, special occasions, or just a quick trip. This is enormously helpful based on our survey for members of J.Crew’s target audience – however the feature is buried so deep on the site it’s difficult to find and likely under utilized.
