Our Take

Forever 21’s mobile application services the ecommerce channel almost exclusively. The only connection between the applications capabilities and the in-store experience is the ability to scan items, and look up your nearest store. They are utilizing their social channels more than most of their competitors – with links to their social channels, and the ability to explore a hashtag that features specific looks for women and presents a “get the look” option which directs users to the product page.
