Coach’s mobile app is a straight ecommerce platform – giving shoppers the ability to make purchases on the go and receive brand updates on their mobile device. Suggested items didn’t seem to have a strong link, and the application seemed to jump between items that would pair and that are similar in nature. Other than product pairing and the ability to view product reviews – Coach’s app lacks functionality. With a distinct target audience, the brand should be able to cater specifically to their needs and shopping experience.
