They make their price matching guarantee policy easy to understand and utilize. They also verify discounts for price differences at the register which is enormously helpful. Their rewards program has graduated levels based on a customer’s level of spending which provides members with greater savings – one of the most mature offerings and best we’ve seen to date. Overall, the mobile application is one of the best we’ve seen and is a reasonable companion to the in-store experience. There are lots of great opportunities to add features and take advantage of mobile and tech-savvy, loyal customers in the store.
