Bath & Body Works does not offer a mobile application, and the mobile website had limited functionality. The site did offer product and reviews from customers and related items – what other customers purchased with it and suggestions from designers. By including a scanning feature, we believe shoppers would benefit from being able to view product information (like ingredients), reviews, or add to wish lists. Bath & Body Works shoppers often have favorite scents and products – so developing a more personalized experience for them, with recommendations, notifications for new products and an improved digitized rewards system would also improve the experience.
