DMI was selected for its full life cycle device management services, including its Mobile Control Center Portal, a “single pane of glass” solution designed to monitor and manage all mobility solutions in the enterprise while providing comprehensive visibility and control of security for mobile devices, apps and networks.

  • Rollins takes strategic approach to mobility management – The company took a strategic approach in selecting a mobility solutions provider, focusing on total cost of ownership for its products and services as opposed to a pure cost evaluation. The company selected DMI for its expertise in streamlining operations and best practices in services such as device management, mobile help desk support and asset management.
  • Mobile device logistics – DMI will provide kitting, staging, imaging, provisioning, carrier activation/deactivation and device refreshment, as well as recycling and disposal services.
  • Solution management monitoring and support – Managing and maintaining Rollins’ MDM systems and mobile devices will include adding and removing users, server updates and upgrades, server monitoring (including uptime, utilization and services) and more.
  • 24 x 7 mobile help desk – This includes round-the-clock mobile desk support, serving as the single point of contact for all mobility issues, including device support, system administration, app support and carrier concerns.
