Rob Innella Joins DMI as Vice President of Enterprise Solutions Division

Microsoft Technology Leader Will Leverage Company’s Microsoft Gold Solutions Partner Standing to Further Expand Enterprise IT Solutions Business

April 24, 2012—Bethesda, MD—DMI, a leading IT solutions and business strategy consulting firm, today announced that it has named Rob Innella as Vice President of DMI’s Enterprise Solutions Division. In this role, Innella will focus on growing DMI’s Microsoft Solutions Unit, providing federal and commercial clients with solutions and services that optimize the lasting business value from their investment in the Microsoft platform. DMI is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, the top standard in Microsoft’s partner designation program—the top 1 percent of Microsoft partners worldwide.

Innella will build on DMI’s impressive record of success, delivering Microsoft SharePoint-based enterprise solutions for correspondence management, document management, and audit tracking. The company will leverage related technologies like Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Fast Search Server 2010 for SharePoint, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to further enhance its growth.

Innella brings to DMI more than 25 years of experience in information technology in both the federal and commercial markets. Prior to joining DMI, Innella led Avanade Inc’s $30 million federal business unit, managing more than 100 staff, serving all sectors of the federal government. In this role, Innella built and fostered strategic relationships with Accenture, Microsoft and other partners. Innella has held a variety of leadership roles throughout his career, focused in software engineering, program management, business development and operations.

Innella’s extensive knowledge in Microsoft products and technologies such as SharePoint, Biztalk, Bing, SQL Server and the.NET platform, will enable DMI to expand its Microsoft development footprint in commercial and federal markets, building scalable software solutions that securely manage and share information, automate business processes, and deliver improved customer service through the Web.
