On its Ninth Birthday, Digital Management Launches a New Brand and a Transformation to DMI
New Brand Reflects Company’s Growing Strength and Expanding Market Presence
Bethesda, MD—May 17, 2011—Digital Management, Inc. (www.dminc.com), a leading IT solutions and business strategy consulting firm, today unveiled a new brand: DMI (www.DMInc.com). The new brand reflects the company’s maturity and solidity after nine years of growth, while positioning it for a new phase of expansion ahead.
DMI is how many employees and clients have already come to refer to the company. Its clarity and strength are a natural reflection of the confidence the company has already earned in the marketplace.
The logo conveys what we do for our clients: Transformation. The cluster of red chevrons that form the mark can be seen to represent three building blocks – the people, strategies, and technologies DMI combines to transform operations for its clients. Look a little longer, and the mark itself transforms, illustrating how DMI enables its clients to envision and achieve fundamental improvements to enterprise operations that lead to higher performance.
The new company tagline, “enterprise transformation” reflects the ongoing expansion of DMI’s business to include a robust set of services and solutions that transform operations for enterprises in the private sector as well as in Government.
In its nine-year history, DMI has realized some impressive achievements:
- Nearly 500% revenue growth from 2008 to 2010
- Over 500% employee growth from 65 at the end of 2008 to more than 400 today
- A rapidly expanding, broad base of business with over 50 clients, all repeat customers, cutting across 12 of the 15 federal Departments, three of the four defense Services, as well as state and local government and the Fortune 100
- A nationwide footprint, with personnel servicing clients coast to coast
- CMMI L3 appraisal as well as ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2005 certifications
“In 2012, Digital Management will grow beyond its beginnings as a small business,” said Jay Sunny Bajaj, DMI’s President and CEO. “Today, we’re proud to re-introduce Digital Management as DMI: a stronger, more mature, more powerful player in the marketplace — with the proven people, strategies, and technologies that help enterprises transform the way they do business.”
DMI’s new brand also ushers in a shorter online address: DMInc.com, complementing the simplicity of the name and growing strength of the company’s brand.
