KnowledgePath Enjoys a 60% Increase in Revenue and Doubles its Technical Staff in Past 12 Months
Burlington, Mass. – March 12, 2013 – KnowledgePath, a leading full-service multichannel commerce solutions systems integrator, today announced the most successful year in the company’s history in terms of growth. KnowledgePath on-boarded 11 new customers resulting in a 60% increase in services revenue. Some of the new customers acquired this past year include Harman, Furniture Row, and Build-a-Bear Workshop covering a list of projects ranging from international ecommerce expansion to full lifecycle retail multichannel implementations including responsive design for mobile commerce.
Expanding Technical and Design Resources
KnowledgePath has doubled the number of technical resources on staff from March 2012. In addition, KnowledgePath added design services personnel to help clients with their UX strategy, wireframes and development for building differentiated ecommerce websites that reflect their unique brand. As a result of the growth in personnel, KnowledgePath opened a new San Francisco office and upgraded to larger office space for both the Pittsburgh and Boston offices.
In addition sustained growth, KnowledgePath enjoyed a 100 percent customer retention rate in 2012 that has continued into 2013. This success is attributed to all client engagements and projects delivered on-time and budget during the past 12 months coupled with high standards for quality. Some of the KnowledgePath customer projects include the launch of the fourth Chico’s brand (Boston Proper), enhancements to the Teamwork Athletic Apparel website, and four new international ecommerce sites for Harman.
