DMI Awarded Multi-Million Dollar IT Network Management Services Award from the State of Maryland

Bethesda, MD — March 25, 2019DMI, a leading end-to-end mobility and digital transformation company, has won a multi-million dollar blanket purchase agreement type contract with the state of Maryland to provide statewide network management IT services. The initial task order under the contract has been valued at $42M and supports the Maryland Department of Transportation.

Under the seven-year contract, DMI will provide IT network services for a number of Maryland departments. Services to be delivered include integrated management for mobility operations, network operations and security operations, as well as secure hosting and IT service management from DMI’s network operations facility in Silver Spring, Maryland.

The initial order for the Maryland Department of Transportation network services is for a base period of three years. DMI will augment its team by hiring additional 30 people at its network operations center to support the first contract order. The award selection has been approved by the Maryland Board of Public Works.
