At DMI, quality assurance (QA) is a cornerstone for our company; laying the foundation for our commitment to provide quality products and services that meet our internal employee and external customer requirements. Our Corporate Quality Assurance (CQA) program, and instituted quality management system (QMS), establish the quality framework for achieving our core values: attain pervasive excellence; stay customer-driven and employee focused; lead by example; take ownership; remain performance-driven; and be a trusted partner to our employees and customers.
DMI is currently appraised at Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development (CMMI-DEV) Level 3 and CMMI for Services (CMMI-SVC) Level 3. Our QMS—a single-source integrated management system (IMS)—is fully compliant with three International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards; ISO 9001:2008 (primary), ISO 20000-1:2011 (secondary), and ISO 27001:2013 (tertiary). Our established processes and procedures, rooted in these industry standards, ensure that quality, service, and security management meet the highest standards demanded by the organization, and expected by our customers, and that the products and services offered to employees and customers for acceptance are of a quality level consistent with internal corporate objectives and contract requirements.
The CQA program leverages its established policies, processes, and procedures to conduct all QA activities; and provides management with objective insight into products and practices to ensure they conform to specified requirements, plans, and standards. DMI understands the importance of continual improvement, and has implemented internal methods to help ensure ongoing improvements in the efficiency and consistency of our operations. DMI leadership is committed to supporting this CQA program, which enables them to provide DMI employees and customers with high quality support and products to meet customer objectives.
The CQA program implements effective QA solutions based on industry standards and best practices for improving process quality. It is through this established CQA program that DMI affords our employees and customers products and services that demonstrate pervasive excellence.
