We provide day-to-day support of procurement and distribution of Blackberry, Android, and iPhone devices to Wolters Kluwer employees worldwide, working with multiple carriers. We also provide full forward and reverse logistics for all devices, including device imaging, carrier interaction and support, spare pool, break/fix and recycling.

We provide full mobility support for Wolters Kluwer’s employees and devices, including troubleshooting, operating system upgrades and migration to new environments and devices. We also supply 24/7 mobile help desk support for all users, where our experts address any and all mobility issues.
