A seamless, customizable ticketing experience
The ChallengeBrand Vegas, LLC is a digital travel, tour, show ticket, nightlife and attraction ticket retailer. We were challenged with delivering a truly premium mobile-first ticketing experience to Las Vegas tourists.
Our InsightThe solution we created allows users to browse events based on location, category, type or price, as well as to purchase and redeem mobile vouchers without ever leaving the app. Customers simply visit the ticket office to retrieve their tickets. Plus, our mobile commerce solution makes it easy to manage ticket inventory on the backend.
Delivering a premium product
Vegas The App was designed to deliver the “premier” mobile experience to Las Vegas tourists and convention-goers. We achieved this by combining state-of-the art in-app technology and ease of use with highly desirable content, value-added propositions, and accurate, up-to-date information all in a single mobile commerce platform. We started by working with Brand Vegas in breakdown phases. This process developed into small releases that delivered the app’s core features, allowing us to define a roadmap for future releases across various platforms.
Growing the business
Brand Vegas contracts directly with every Las Vegas show, tour, attraction and club available on its platform to bring users a wide array of Vegas entertainment options at great prices. Plus it has some of, if not the, lowest service fees in the Vegas ticket business. The company is on track to become the number one ticketing vendor in Las Vegas. Eventually, Brand Vegas plans to partner with a major international gaming provider to deliver the same premium mobile experience for gaming/wagering customers worldwide. Vegas The App will expand by “white labeling” its product for conventions or integrating with a convention’s existing app.
So far, the application has been soft launched to collect user feedback before initiating the media campaign. The launch has resulted in more than 30 reviews with an average score of 5 out of 5.
