Taking consumer health brands mobile
The ChallengeWe were asked to deliver a consistent, high-quality mobile experience for a variety of over-the-counter brands within Novartis Consumer Health brands.
Novartis worked with us to quickly define and implement a mobile solution that delivers high quality mobile sites in a scalable framework. Plus, this came at a significantly reduced cost to all brand teams, compared to other alternatives. Our solution involved working across business, brand and IT groups, mobile process improvements, and standardized development strategies and roadmaps.
By implementing the base framework for mobile websites, we were able to launch three scalable mobile sites within six months.
