• Drive innovation from various inputs (customer insights, technical innovation, local markets, business strategy & eventually outside partners).

Sales 360

A responsive web portal with hybrid applications for iPhone, iPad, and Android smartphones. This portal allows CEMEX sales reps to track all details about their customers, orders, invoices, and deliveries on a daily basis.

Global Heath & Safety

A responsive website with hybrid applications for iPhone and Android smartphones. An application for CEMEX senior management to view statistics, descriptions, and detailed analytic information on all health and safety reports which are published monthly.


DMI performed a global mobility maturity assessment where we identified 60+ business processes and opportunities for mobilization. Since, DMI has worked closely with CEMEX to design, develop and launch 5 sales, management, and customer applications. In parallel DMI is working to assist CEMEX’s Global Digital Model strategy, including the ‘Digital Accelerator’, a rapid prototyping and innovation team focused on speed of testing and validating concepts based on business impact.
