To meet the security and business requirements of this pharmaceutical giant, we integrated several leading-edge solutions and technologies.
Creating a multi-threaded solution
After conducting a thorough evaluation of each business unit’s needs, we architected a solution that uses MobileIron, BES and McAfee Solutions. The solution involves managing devices that connect to four different data centers in North America, as well as the EMEA and APAC regions. We implemented the solution, scaled to several thousand users and continue to provide 24/7 global support.
Providing complete mobility management
We’re providing comprehensive mobility management to Allergan, including full forward and reverse logistics for all North American devices, including device imaging, carrier interaction and support, spare pool, break/fix and recycling. We’re also providing managed services for MobileIron, BES and McAfee solutions, including architecture and design for Allergan’s four different data centers. Our 24/7 help desk offers assistance with all mobile issues from “how to” questions to complex device troubleshooting.
The concierge services we provide deliver a guaranteed first call resolution of at least 85% for key Allergan personnel. Thanks to our comprehensive services, Allergan needs only two IT professionals to manage 50,000+ devices and users worldwide.
