Commerce transactions lag behind on mobile devices
More than 30% of all commerce traffic came from mobile devices in 2013, increasing to 38% in the first half of 2014. However, despite the growing percentage of traffic, conversion rates remain much lower on mobile devices and tablets, signaling a greater need to focus on an omnichannel user experience for all visitors, regardless of device, according to a report by ShopVisible.
