SINCE JOINING THE DMI FAMILY IN MARCH, WE HAVE BEEN OPERATING TOGETHER AS THE WORLD’S FIRST FULLY-INTEGRATED MOBILITY COMPANY.

Our team has been developing a range of creative, consumer-focused solutions to meet the new marketing & branding needs presented by a shift toward mobility.

We’ve expanded our media offerings, and are embracing innovation in areas like wearable tech and connectivity. We’re proud of ground-breaking work we’ve rolled out for clients, including a robust cross-platform campaign for the .NYC domain launch and “VEGAS, the App” – a mobile ticketing experience for Las Vegas visitors.

THE SURGING SIZE AND SOPHISTICATION OF THE MOBILE ARENA HAS CREATED A NEED TO EFFECTIVELY MARKET TO CUSTOMERS SPENDING THEIR TIME INCREASINGLY ON THE GO.

Leveraging the powerful consumer insights and compelling creative execution that fueled traditional approaches, DMI is introducing major global brands to new ways of engaging customers across a dizzying array of emerging devices and formats.

Providing the optimal mobility experience requires a comprehensive and unique combination of skills and expertise. DMI’s CEO Sunny Bajaj recognized this and has worked for the past several years to bring together mobility experts from around the world to create the first and only integrated mobility company in the world.

DMI’s integrated approach provides a different way of thinking and a different type of organization. Beginning with the customer experience, considering how to deliver maximum value at the point of engagement. It then proceeds to address the full scope of an organization’s mobility needs under one roof – mobile strategy, brand marketing & customer experience, ux & application development, omni-channel commerce, big data management and device and app management. If a solution can be conceived, DMI can execute upon it.

AS WE LOOK AHEAD TO 2015, WE WILL BE TRANSITIONING FROM PAPPAS GROUP INTO DMI’S BRAND MARKETING AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE DIVISION.

You will see us refer to ourselves as Pappas Group DMI, and later as DMI Formerly Pappas Group. Over the course of the year ahead, we will phase out the Pappas Group name and we will be completely integrated with DMI’s other divisions.

While the name might be different, our clients can expect the same level of service and focus on customer experience they’ve always enjoyed. Indeed, with the expanded capabilities of DMI they will benefit from a global range of solutions, and an immediate resource for a full range of mobile needs. We’re excited to see what we at DMI can accomplish, and thrilled to have you join us.
